We’ve rolled out some powerful features to simplify scheduling and venue management, so you can spend less time on logistics and more time building your community.

CSV Upload for Quick Scheduling 📤

Say goodbye to the hassle of manually entering match schedules. With our new CSV upload feature, you can now upload your match schedules directly, whether from an Excel file, Google Sheets, or a CSV from your own device. This feature gives you the flexibility to get your schedule into the system in no time. Or, you can continue to use our Auto Schedule feature.

How Does It Work? 🤔

• Step 1: Choose your CSV file and upload it.
• Step 2: Map your data to our system, including home and away teams, venues, dates, and times.
• Step 3: Review and confirm your schedule.
• Step 4: Once everything looks good, click Create Schedule to generate all matches in a “draft” state. That’s it—your schedule is ready to go!

No more manual entry of each game. It’s quick, seamless, and gives you more time to focus on the fun parts of organizing your league.

Add/Edit/Search Venues Easily 🏟️

Managing your venues has never been simpler! Our new venue management feature lets you add, edit, and search venues directly from your league’s portal. Here’s how it works:

• Add a Venue: Whether you’re setting up a new venue or adding an existing one, you can quickly add venue details (including location, name, etc.) through an easy-to-use popup.
• Edit Venues: Need to make a change? No problem! You can hover over a venue to edit or remove it.
• Search for Venues: Quickly find venues already in your system by searching by name.

This means you can focus on creating a great game day experience instead of spending endless hours tracking down venue details or worrying about scheduling conflicts.
